A celebration of flavour and wholesome ingredients – our “Not So Naughty” muffins are made from a blend of ground pecan nuts, sunflower flour, cocoa, sugar-free chocolate and xylitol. With functional ingredients that are extremely high in protein and dietary fibre – you can enjoy our muffins for breakfast – guilt-free. Like all our baking premixes – they are easy to make and ready in just 15 minutes. Baking Tips

Make sure you grease your muffin tins – alternatively use cupcake casings

Mixture makes 6 large muffins. Consider making 8 – 12 mini bite-size muffins – they are dense, rich and very filling

Only fill your muffin cups about three-quarters full with batter. If you overfill the tins, the muffins are more likely come out flat on top

Use a double batch of our muffin mix to make a spectacular chocolate layer cake – replace the muffin tins with a two round cake tins and layer with cream

Always preheat the oven and place the pan in the centre of the oven

If you overcook – they will dry out. Watch your baking time carefully

Serving Suggestions

  • Add ½ a cup of pecan nuts or nuts of  your choice
  • Drizzle melted sugar-free dark chocolate over the top of each muffin
  • Decorate as you would any themed cupcake
