Original Roasted Seed Basil Pesto



  • 1/2 clove garlic

    1/2 cup Nuseed Original Roasted Seeds

    2 cups basil

    1/4 cup olive oil

    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

    Salt and pepper

  • Step 1In a food processor, finely chop 1/2 clove garlic

    Step 2Add 1/2 cup Roasted Seeds and blitz. Add 2 cups herbs and process with 1/4 cup olive oil

    Step 3Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and process to combine

    Step 4Season with salt and pepper

    Step 5Mix into a pasta or serve with grilled chicken and vegetables
