Home-Made Dukkah with Roasted Seeds



  • 1/4 cup “Balsamic Vinegar Roasted Seeds”

    1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts

    1/4 cup coriander seeds

    2 tablespoons cumin seeds

    1/2 tablespoon black pepper

    1 teaspoon fennel seeds

    1 teaspoon dried mint leaves

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon of paprika

  • Step 1Place the roasted seeds and all the other ingredients, along with the mint and salt, into a pestle and mortar and pound until the mixture is crushed

    Step 2Alternatively pulse in a food processor to a coarse consistency; do not allow the mixture to become a paste

    Step 3Sprinkle it on top of breads before baking or add to salad for some crunch. Scatter on top of your eggs, stir it into whole grains or pasta dishes, fold into a hummus dip, coat your roasting veggies with olive oil and a generous portion of dukkah and roast till crisp or use it to spice up meat dishes

    Step 4Store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 1 month
