  • 2 large eggs

    2 tablespoons of olive or coconut oil

    125 g of double thick yoghurt or full fat cream cheese

    1 Tsp Lemon juice /Apple cider vinegar

    118 g Bread Roll Premix

    Tomato paste – optional

    Toppings of grated cheeses, ham, olives, poppy seeds, garlic, pine apple, fresh rocket

  • Step 1Break open the eggs, and add the oil to a bowl

    Step 2Blitz with a stick blender

    Step 3Add yoghurt / cream cheese and blend

    Step 4Add lemon juice / apple cider vinegar

    Step 5Add the sachet of mixture to the wet ingredients quickly before it thickens

    Step 6Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes before rolling the dough out, determine the thickness according to your preference

    Step 7To make a perfect round, shape the dough and trim using the outline of a baking tin

    Step 8Bake @ 180 degrees celsius for 15

    Step 920 minutes

    Step 10Add all the toppings and place in the oven on grill for a further 5 minutes

    Step 11Remove from the oven and cut into 1/8 triangles

    Step 12Add the kebab stick to the bottom for lollipop trees

    Step 13Enjoy
